It's not the only reason but it's a common reason for longterm irregular periods. They can range from a few days late/early to missing months of AF because of ovulation not happening.

There's lots of other pcos signs.. little ones on me are that i get horrible twingey cramps in my ovaries and my arms have really dark hairs on them, they just don't look right. xxxx

I have PCOS as well hun. I went for a scan in December because id been trying for around 6 months or so and wasnt getting anywhere. Whats weird is i was pregnant already but probably only like a week so nothing showed up at the scan and they classed my pcos as mild. I have a horrible pregnancy cyst now though which is painful and horrible but was told it should clear up on its own. Im proof that you can get pregnant with pcos just takes longer then most people have hope people eventually it will happen.
