Lacey-Beth is now:

3months Old
12Weeks +1day

And shes coming along so much. So proud of her.
Shes still not into sleeping all night..but were still working on a wee routine + she is
getting there

Slowly but surely.. Tho shes napping less during the day now, + shes full of beans during the day.
My wee nut-nut hehe.
She still seems to be thriving + growing well.
Havnt had her weighed in a while..really should pop too the libaray + get a weigh in .
Shes got her second set of jabs next week.

I hate having too take her too them. Mehh!

Lacey-Beths

for this week.

Last night she held her wee rattle for the first time by herself.
Shes been holding her dummy in her hand for quite a while by herself, but thats because its got these holes in it, so that she can get a good grip.
But last night, she actually held the rattle in her hand, for a good while aswell.
So so proud of my little princess.
Clever little pumpkin
And shes also learnt how too roll over, from her back too her side too her tummy lol.

Lacey-Beth is:

12weeks+4days old.

Going by the way the weeks are falling. Shes 3months.
Tho going by the date she was born..shes not 3month for another 5days.
Weird huh!

Lacey-Beth hit a milestone today:

I put a wee baby spoon into her hand today + she clenched onto it with such a good grip.
And she held it in her hand for ages. Infact she didnt let go until i took it back out of her hand.
Such a proud mummy moment.
My smart little cookie.

- Smiling
- Babbling
- Laughing
- Rolling over onto her side
- Holding things in her hand
- Trying too sit up by herself..(obviously she cant but she is trying)
- Holding her head up for long periods of time now

So shes doing really well, in my eyes anyway.
So proud off her.

I dont think shes feeling too well today.. She woke up this morning, in a crying fit. I tried everything :

- Tried to give her a warm bottle incase she was hungry
- Tried water incase of thirst
- Cuddled her
- Changed her Nappy
- Winded her
- Sang too her
- Played music too her
- Nursed her
- Took her out of her Snuggie'SleepBag incase she was too warm.
- Gave her some dentinox incase it was her gums.

Nothing worked or calmed her.. So i walked into the kitchen with her + she automatically stopped crying. But shes been in a funny wee mood all day.. Hardly bringing any wind up..ive gave her 2.5ml gripe water too help with that, got a bottle from boots that does from 1month + , tastes like apples. And she doesnt mind the taste.
But shes also sleeping quite a lot today aswell.. Lacey-Beth had gotten herself into a routine during the day, she would take 30-60min nap, around morning/afternoon time. And the same in the evening. And that was all she would sleep.
Tho today' shes sleeping loads. Maybe shes just tired tho. She doesnt seem too have a temperature. Just crying quite a bit + wanting too sleep constant.
Hopefully shes back too her normal wee self soon, the wee dote.
Got her 2nd set of jabs next week..really something im not looking forward too.
I hated taking her for the first set..broke my heart.

Lacey-Beth is Now:

13Weeks & 5Days Old.

She had to go for her 2nd set of vacinations on thursday, i was dreading it from wednesday, right through until we got called into the health visitors room.. and tbh? i worried for nothing.
So proud of my baby girl, she done so well..the first injection went in, she cried for 2seconds, stopped looked at the HV + smiled.
The HV waited a few seconds before doing the second injection, same procedure again, lacey-beth cried for a few secs, then stopped + smiled.
We put her trousers back up, then waited a few seconds, left the room + went + booked for her too go back for her 3rd set.
So shes too go for her third set of vacinations on the 1st March.

The vacinations dont seem to have been bothering her too much.
Tho shes loaded with a cold atm..bless her wee dote.. So just one thing after another basically.. Getting all the illnesses out of the way now, by the looks of things.

Shes definatly over the Colic stage now..thank goodness.

Still using MAM bottles..she adores them..but their very hard too get, thank god for the big boots in our town tho LOL.
+ using MAM dummies aswell.. which she seems too love aswell.

We're moving into our own wee home this Tuesday, which means we've got a wee nursery all decorated for the little lady.
Pictures too follow when the whole house is done.
Its a princess nursery + looking rather well i think

Filled with Mamas+Papas furniture..im addicted too their stuff.. seriously.

Mamas+Papas:

Once we get settled in the house i'll be sorting my own wee routine with her.. Well, all thanks too Maddies idea LOL.

- Bath
- Massage + Changed
- Warm Bottle
- Quite Time in a dimmed room, placed in her cot.

Thank Goodness, cant wait too get her cot built up..atm because theres aboslutly no room in the bedroom we're at in my mums. Shes in her travel cot.. but her own cot with the bumper set + everything else we've got for it..will be far better for her + i reckon she will enjoy sleeping in it much more.

Will take a few days trying too get her settled into our own wee home..so a new wee challange for me + david too enjoy + experience, getting her settled into her own home

Lacey-Beth is Now:

14weeks + 6days old

Woah, my baby girl is 15weeks old tomorrow.
Means in 1week time, shes gonna be 4months old :O

Tomorrow, aswell the 13th Febuary, a year ago, my AF was due + never arrived..I had a strong feeling i was pregnant, but didnt test for another few days lol.

Lacey-Beth seems to be settling into our wee home rightly, still a few wee un-settled moments but not much.
And we think we finally have her sleeping pattern sorted.
She goes to sleep every single night at 8pm ..wakens at 9.30pm for a bottle but straight back over until about 4/4.30am for another feed then straight back over.
Fingers crossed the same applies tonight lol..Shes out for the count atm.. so hopefully thats her

Had the HV out on thursday for her 14week check.
She is taking her height after her daddy, measuring at 69cm
But she is still apparently tiny for her weight.. she should be weighing for her age 15lbs , (a stone) ..
but shes only weighing 13lbs exactly..so the HV said, shes not underweight, but shes under the average weight she should be.
She wasnt too concerend tho..told me to take her to the baby clinic in a months time to be weighed again + if she still hasnt reached 15lbs then ive to contact her.

Shes been throwing access milk up after almost every feed now tho, im not sure if this is reflux or not =/ .
I did mention this to the HV that done her vacinations, but she didnt say anything, so i took it as it was normal.
But now im re-thinking.

She got her hips checked also, as at her 8week vacinations, the doctor said she may need to get an xray done on her hips to see if a hip brace was needed as she had an extra crease.. But the crease has straightend out, and her hips are completely fine

She was also babbling away to the HV aswell LOL.
And the HV told me i could start to wean her this week

Shes now fast asleep in her bouncy chair while me + david watch some telly, then gonna lift her into the cot.. need to find my baby monitors as their still packed away, which is why she isnt in the cot, as dont wanna leave her up there without the monitors.

Shes got her next set of vacinations on the 1st march.. Definatly not looking forward to them..breaks my heart taking her for them lol.

Finally got her nursery finished, + got her into a proper wee routine.
Its still getting settled into tho, but will get there eventually.

- Feedtime (dinner)
- Playtime until 6.30pm
- Bath
- Baby Massage
- Nappy + Pyjamas on
- Rusk + Warm Bottle
- Bed for 8pm - 8.30pm at the latest.

So im hoping she gets used to this + settles every night at this time + stays asleep all night then.
But we can only try + see i guess

So yeah..everything with Lacey-Beth is going brilliently.
And the HV is happy enough with her progress.

She's gorgeous! Well done for getting a routine sorted! Make sure you stick at it.. it'll pay off in the end, even if it's sometimes hard at the moment.
