| As they get older? Like when they are old enough to understand iykwim. Are you going to get them what they want? Or are you going to make them earn what they want.. Like good behaviour ect.
I'm going to get LO to earn what she wants by been good and other little things.. Like if she's good when she has needles ect.. I'll treat her
My nephew is SPOILT and he's such an ungrateful little boy! He's mardy and can be nasty.. I don't want my babe to end up like this.
No nasty comments please.. Just wondering your thoughts

| Mine are spoilt. There is no denying it. Its not just me either, everyone spoils them. But they are the most well behaved, polite, thoughtfull little boys. And they honestly appreciate what they have and get brought. __________________________ mama of 2 boys - never a peaceful moment lol!

| I'm sure everyone wants to spoil their child to a happy medium.
I'd want to treat my children but show them that they don't get everything for free.
If my children get really spoiled, it will be by the grandparents, which I think it general for most kids really.
I do want to teach the kids the value of money though |

| I surely wouldnt and have them grow up as spoiled brats, they should learn that money doesnt grow on trees , and to treat every item with care . |

| my daughter is very spoilt i just cant help myself but shes only 22 months so doesnt understand, when she does and starts asking for things i will only buy her them if she has earned it, if shes naughty and asks for something and i got it that would be teaching her that even though she's been naughty she gets rewarded which i dont want xx |

| My little girl is really spoilt by, me and my OH atm, and also my my parents, aunties, uncles, cousins etc..Shes spoilt by everyone...Tho she is only 6weeks old atm. When shes older, i probably will spoil her a good bit, but i will make sure that she has good mannerisms, and she if she asks for something, im gonna try and set a routine, that she will eventually get what she has asked for, if her behaviour is good for a certain number of days etc.. Ive a cousin who was spoilt rotten when she was an only child, and the temper and her moodswings were wild..She has siblings now, and shes older now, but because she was so spoilt by everyone..she still has her bad tempers and mood swings. xxxx |

| I know Katie is spoilt, but i don't believe when people say they don't understand at a young age because they do, they learn quick, I think I would like to bring Katie up though not to be ungrateful. Because things can quickly change we can give her things now for Christmas and birthdays but maybe one day we might not have the money we do now, and tbh it isn't a lot at the moment. I was never born with a silver spoon in my mouth but I think my parents spoilt all us at Christmas and birthdays. and I hope they saw I never took this for granted and was so grateful =) __________________________ |
