So the depression i thought I'd over come has shown it's face an is back with a vengeance.. Don't know where to start or what to do i just feel like i'm back to square one again :(

Talk to your GP or HV.
The sooner you get help with it the sooner your be feeling yourself again.

Thanks .. I've spoken to my hv as she was originally out to help with Bella's milk problems but today she said she's more worried about me than Bella ''/ But she has referred me to counseling but it's one you do over the phone which i had never heard of before.
